Making a Difference

In 2000 Family Coaching started with 1 family in Lubbock, Texas.  Now  8 years later, 5000+ families have been served in 12 locations. As the Founder and Executive Director of Family Coaching, I have been amazed to watch God grow this simple coaching process and spread it to many different locations. Each time a new location is established, it is because someone with a passion for families wanted to make a difference by using their energy and time to help families survive as a whole. How do you change the world? You start where you are.

We all have witnessed the impact of “broken” families in our country... increase in jails being built, children’s homes being overcrowded, government handouts skyrocketing, and even metal detectors in our schools.  Anger is at an all time high with children killing children. 

Can it be stopped, this devastation, the disintegration of the family unit?  

YES! At Family Coaching, families learn to forgive the hurts that separate hearts. Our mission is to reconnect family members through intensive “coaching” sessions. By working together with all family members, families heal the hurts that cause distance in relationships. Our coaches compassionately help family members build strong family teams that will WIN at life!
